Poached Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 salmon fillets (1 inch-thick)
  • 2 cups good quality dry wine
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
  • 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon dill

Recipe

  • 1 combine lemon juice, wine, brown sugar, dill and garlic in a skillet. next, bring mixture to boil and simmer for a few minutes allowing it to reduce by half.
  • 2 place salmon steaks and clamp lid down.
