Fish Rosettes

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs flounder fillets, cut in 12 strips
- 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cut in 12 cubes
- 3 onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 wrap one strip of flounder around each cube of salmon to form rosettes; secure with toothpicks.
- 3 grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray. arrange onions on bottom of dish; place rosettes on top of onions.
- 4 combine salt, paprika and pepper in small bowl; sprinkle over fish and onions. add tomato sauce to baking dish. dot fish with butter.
- 5 bake 45 min or until fish flakes with a fork; baste with tomato sauce every 15 min while baking.
