Fish Soup A La Kainuu

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 liters water or 1 1/2 liters fish stock
- 1 -2 onion
- 5 -6 allspice berries
- salt
- 4 -5 potatoes
- 1/2 kg filleted fish (salmon, whitefish, pike, perch)

- chives
- chopped parsley
Recipe
- 1 peel the onions and split them in pieces.
- 2 place them in the water or fish stock together with the allspice berries and bring to the boil.
- 3 cook for a while for the stock to become tasty.
- 4 peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces the size of your fingertips.
- 5 also cut the fish fillets into small cubes.
- 6 remove the onions and allspice berries from the stock and add the potatoes to cook.
- 7 let the soup boil for about ten minutes.
