Fish Solyanka

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb sturgeon fillets (any large fish) or 1 lb salmon fillet (any large fish)
  • 5 pickles
  • 2 onions
  • 2 quarts fish stock or 2 quarts chicken stock
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tablespoon olive
  • 3 1/2 ounces sour cream
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 chop onion finely and fry in oil until light golden.
  • 2 add tomato paste and butter and stew for 5 minutes.
  • 3 add fish fillets.
