Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 (4 ounce) salmon, portions or 1 large salmon fillet
- 1/4-1/2 cup mayonnaise
- salt
- pepper
- oregano
Recipe
- 1 pat salmon pieces dry with paper towel, then put them on a broiler pan.
- 2 sprinkle salmon with salt, pepper, and oregano.
- 3 use a butter knife to "pat" a thin layer of mayonnaise on each salmon portion.
- 4 set the broiler to high and place the salmon on the middle rack for 5 minutes. then set broiler to low and broil for another 5 minutes.
- 5 done.
