Easy Low-fat Creamy Dill Salmon

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 salmon fillet
  • fat-free mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise or miracle whip
  • dill
  • lemon juice
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 lay salmon filet on large piece of tin foil (shiny side of foil facing up).
  • 2 sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
  • 3 spread enough mayo over salmon to cover the filet.
  • 4 season with salt and pepper.
  • 5 season with enough dill to cover the filet.
  • 6 make a "tent" around the salmon with the foil.
  • 7 bbq on medium heat until salmon is cooked to your liking.
