- 1 salmon fillet
- fat-free mayonnaise or low-fat mayonnaise or miracle whip
- dill
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 lay salmon filet on large piece of tin foil (shiny side of foil facing up).
- 2 sprinkle salmon with lemon juice.
- 3 spread enough mayo over salmon to cover the filet.
- 4 season with salt and pepper.
- 5 season with enough dill to cover the filet.
- 6 make a "tent" around the salmon with the foil.
- 7 bbq on medium heat until salmon is cooked to your liking.
