Easy Parmesan Fish Fillets

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 small fish fillets
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup dry wine or 1 cup chicken broth
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 2 coat fish with flour, set aside.
- 3 melt margarine in large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
- 4 cook green onions in butter, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
- 5 add fish and cook for 3 minutes, turn fillets and cook an additional 3 minutes.
- 6 add wine and lemon juice to skillet and season fillets with salt and pepper.
- 7 sprinkle fillets with parmesan cheese.
- 8 bake 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
