Easy Parmesan Fish Fillets

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 small fish fillets
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup dry wine or 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 coat fish with flour, set aside.
  • 3 melt margarine in large ovenproof skillet over medium heat.
  • 4 cook green onions in butter, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
  • 5 add fish and cook for 3 minutes, turn fillets and cook an additional 3 minutes.
  • 6 add wine and lemon juice to skillet and season fillets with salt and pepper.
  • 7 sprinkle fillets with parmesan cheese.
  • 8 bake 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
