Extremely Low Fat Chicken!!!

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 450 g chicken (any kind you like, legs, breast, fillet...)
  • 1 onion, in rings
  • 1/2 green pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 2 cups wine
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in non stick pan and cook chicken, onion and pepper over medium heat until brown. 3-5 minutes stirring.
  • 2 add the wine, salt and pepper.cook for 10 -15 minutes.
  • 3 when water is absorbed add the water and cook for 2-3 minutes more.
  • 4 ready to serve over rice -- .
