Miso-crusted Salmon

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons miso
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mirin or 1 teaspoon sweet sherry
  • 1 lb salmon fillet

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425f.
  • 2 in a small bowl, whisk together garlic, miso, tahini, vinegar, and mirin.
  • 3 spread miso mixture evenly over surface of salmon. bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
