- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons miso
- 1 tablespoon tahini
- 2 teaspoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mirin or 1 teaspoon sweet sherry
- 1 lb salmon fillet
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425f.
- 2 in a small bowl, whisk together garlic, miso, tahini, vinegar, and mirin.
- 3 spread miso mixture evenly over surface of salmon. bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
