Poached Cusk

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb cusk fillets, cubed into 1 inch pieces
  • 1 pint water
  • salt and pepper
  • drawn butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat water in a shallow saucepan.
  • 2 add s& p.
  • 3 add cusk pieces.
  • 4 poach until fork tender and cooked through about 3-5 minutes.
  • 5 serve with drawn butter.
