Haddock Fillets In Wine

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets 
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste) 
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste) 
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 
- 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine 
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions 
- 1/2 cup dry wine 
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper. 
- 2 dredge the fillets lightly in flour. 
- 3 place the fillets in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish. 
- 4 dot with butter and sprinkle with parsley and green onions. 
- 5 pour the wine around the fillets in the baking dish.
