Haddock Fillets In Wine

Total Time: 44 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 14 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs haddock fillets
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon butter or 1 tablespoon margarine
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup dry wine

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • 2 dredge the fillets lightly in flour.
  • 3 place the fillets in a greased 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 4 dot with butter and sprinkle with parsley and green onions.
  • 5 pour the wine around the fillets in the baking dish.
  • 6 bake in a 400° oven for 12-14 minutes or until fish flakes.
