- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaf
- 2 cups applesauce
- 2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
Recipe
- 1 heat olive oil in skillet.
- 2 add basil to oil and heat until oil is flavored (1- 2 minutes).
- 3 cover basil with applesauce and place salmon on top of applesauce.
- 4 cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook until salmon is cooked through.
- 5 serve topped with basil-applesauce mixture.
