- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 4 salmon fillets (1/4 pound each)
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle salmon fillets with curry powder, salt and sugar.
- 2 spray a skillet with pam and set over medium high heat.
- 3 add fish to pan and cook until done, about 5-10 minutes per side, depending on the thickness of the fish.
