Greek Style Halibut

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 24 ounces halibut fillets
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh minced parsley
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese

Recipe

  • 1 place fish in a lightly oiled baking dish.
  • 2 lay onions over fish and sprinkle with oregano and lemon juice.
  • 3 mix together parsley and tomatoes and spread over fish, then sprinkle with cheese.
  • 4 cover tightly with foil and place in a preheated 350 oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
