Fish In Orange Creme

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 lb tilapia fillet, cut in to half
- 4 -6 scallions, chopped
- 3 -4 tablespoons paprika
- 1 orange zest
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream or 1 cup half-and-half
Recipe
- 1 in a large frying pan, place the butter and scallions.
- 2 let it cook for about 2 minutes and add the fish in the pan and let the fish get a bit brown on each side.
- 3 then add the orange and the zest in the pan cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
- 4 add the paprika and mix very carefully without breaking the fish too much, until the paprika has dissolved.
- 5 then add the cream to the pan and stir it carefully until well blended.
- 6 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 7 let it simmer and serve warm.
