Crab & Haddock Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb skinless haddock fillet
- 20 ritz crackers
- 1/2 lb lump crabmeat
- 8 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350°f
- 2 place the crackers in ziploc bag and crush them.
- 3 melt half the butter and mix the crumbs, crab and butter in small bowl.
- 4 put stuffing in shallow dish.
- 5 cut fish into 4 equal parts and arrange them over the haddock.
- 6 dot with remaining butter and season with salt and pepper.
- 7 bake 20 minutes.
- 8 for extra zest, add some lemon juice to the stuffing.
