- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 2 raw eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 4 ounces butter
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 take 2 pieces of chicken fillet & pound them slightly.
- 2 then salt & pepper fillets.
- 3 soak in raw eggs beaten with milk for 15-20 minutes
- 4 roll in dried bread-crumbs.
- 5 brown in butter on both sides until done.
