Parmesan Baked Fish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 1. thaw fish if frozen. preheat oven to 450°f rinse fish and pat dry. grease cookie sheet.
  • 2 2. in small bowl, stir mayo, chese and worcestershire sauce. spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. place fish on cookie sheet.
  • 3 3. bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
