Ingredients

- 4 skinless salmon fillets (5 oz., 3/4 to 1-inch thick)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 1. thaw fish if frozen. preheat oven to 450°f rinse fish and pat dry. grease cookie sheet.
- 2 2. in small bowl, stir mayo, chese and worcestershire sauce. spread thin coat of mixture evenly over both sides of fish. place fish on cookie sheet.
- 3 3. bake uncovered for 12 - 15min or until flakes easily with fork.
