Raspberry-marinated Salmon Fillet

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing

Recipe

  • 1 pour dressing over salmon in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag, refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
  • 2 preheat broiler, remove salmon from marinade - discard marinade.
  • 3 broil salmon 4 - 6 inches from heat, 7 - 10 minutes or until done.
