- 16 ounces salmon fillets
- 3 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing
Recipe
- 1 pour dressing over salmon in large resealable plastic bag; seal bag, refrigerate 30 minutes to marinate.
- 2 preheat broiler, remove salmon from marinade - discard marinade.
- 3 broil salmon 4 - 6 inches from heat, 7 - 10 minutes or until done.
