Lemon Ginger Fish

Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon minced ginger
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 lemon, juice of
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb fish fillet
Recipe
- 1 blend first 8 ingredients in a food processor.
- 2 place fish fillets on a heavy duty foil, and create a rim by rolling up sides of foil.
- 3 pour mixture over fish.
- 4 place foil and fish on the grill, uncovered.
- 5 grill for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
