Lemon Ginger Fish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 lemon, juice of
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb fish fillet

Recipe

  • 1 blend first 8 ingredients in a food processor.
  • 2 place fish fillets on a heavy duty foil, and create a rim by rolling up sides of foil.
  • 3 pour mixture over fish.
  • 4 place foil and fish on the grill, uncovered.
  • 5 grill for 15 minutes or until fish flakes.
