- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 3/4 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 2 garlic cloves
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well blended. use dressing over fresh romaine greens and garlic croutons.
