Roasted Cod

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb cod fish fillet
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees. rub both sides of fish with olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. place on foil-lined baking sheet.
  • 2 bake 15 to 20 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.
