- 1 lb cod fish fillet
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 450 degrees. rub both sides of fish with olive oil and sprinkle with the pepper. place on foil-lined baking sheet.
- 2 bake 15 to 20 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork.
