Easy, Delicious Salmon Topped With Shallot Or Onion

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 shallots (halfed from top to bottom and very thinly sliced) or 1/4 a medium onion (halfed from top to bottom and very thinly sliced)
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 425.
  • 2 lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.
  • 3 place salmon fillets skin side down into baking dish.
  • 4 top with mayonnaise and spread over the fish.
  • 5 top with onion or shallot.
  • 6 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 7 bake for 12-15 minutes for small fillets (larger fillets will require additional time).
