Fish Fillets With Caper Mayonnaise

Ingredients

- 1 lb fish fillet, fish
- 2 teaspoons oil
- salt
- pepper
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
- 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, minced
- lemon slice
Recipe
- 1 arrange fish on baking sheet.
- 2 brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- 3 combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets.
- 4 bake in 425f oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
- 5 garnish with lemon slices.
