Fish Fillets With Caper Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet, fish
  • 2 teaspoons oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons capers, coarsely chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons parsley, minced
  • lemon slice

Recipe

  • 1 arrange fish on baking sheet.
  • 2 brush with oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • 3 combine mayonnaise, capers and parsley; spread on top of fillets.
  • 4 bake in 425f oven 8 minutes for fresh fish, and then broil for 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • 5 garnish with lemon slices.
