- 2 cod fish fillets
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon herbs, like dried basil, dill, parsley
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion salt
Recipe
- 1 arrange fish in single layer in baking dish.
- 2 mix lemon juice, melted butter and dried herbs; drizzle over fish.
- 3 sprinkle with pepper and onion salt.
- 4 bake uncovered for 8 - 10 minutes per 1 inch thickness of fillets.
