- 16 ounces tomatoes
- 1/2 cup wine
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
- 16 ounces chicken broth
- 1/8 teaspoon sugar
- pepper, to taste
- 1 lb fish fillet, cut into bite size pieces
Recipe
- 1 combine tomatoes, wine and parsley in a sauce pan. bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
