Fish Stew

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 ounces tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil, crushed
  • 16 ounces chicken broth
  • 1/8 teaspoon sugar
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 lb fish fillet, cut into bite size pieces

Recipe

  • 1 combine tomatoes, wine and parsley in a sauce pan. bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and simmer, stirring often, for 10 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
