Maple-glazed Salmon

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 8 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 teaspoons grainy mustard or 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 2 lbs salmon fillets

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. arrange salmon on foil or parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheets. spoon glaze over fish.
  • 2 bake in center of a 400°f convection oven until fish flakes easily when tested - approximately 8-10 minutes.
