- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 teaspoons grainy mustard or 4 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 4 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 lbs salmon fillets
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine maple syrup, mustard and soy sauce. arrange salmon on foil or parchment paper lined rimmed baking sheets. spoon glaze over fish.
- 2 bake in center of a 400°f convection oven until fish flakes easily when tested - approximately 8-10 minutes.
