Ingredients

- 4 tilapia fillets
- 1 -2 egg
- 1/2 pecans, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (alter to taste, i used 1/2 tsp)
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 425°f.
- 2 mix dry ingredients.
- 3 dip filets into egg whites.
- 4 roll into dry ingredients.
- 5 bake for 20-25 minutes or until done.
