Green Chili Salsa Poached Fish

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb fish fillet, cut into 4 pieces
  • 1 cup green chili salsa
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded longhorn cheese

Recipe

  • 1 simmer fish in salsa, covered for 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes.
  • 2 serve with sour cream and cheese.
