- 1 lb catfish fillet
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon lawry's seasoned salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 mix the flour, seasoned salt, pepper, and cornmeal.
- 2 cover both sides of the catfish with the mix.
- 3 fry in about a tablespoon of oil in frying pan until both sides are golden brown and crispy.
