Chicken Fillet Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken breast fillets
  • 9 ounces sour cream
  • 14 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 envelopes onion soup mix
  • 2 cans champignon mushrooms
  • dried herbs, your choice

Recipe

  • 1 rinse and pat dry the chicken.
  • 2 drain champignon mushrooms.
  • 3 put chicken into a lightly greased baking dish.
  • 4 mix together remaining ingredients and pour over it.
  • 5 bake uncovered at 370 degrees for about 60 minutes
  • 6 after 30 minutes stir completely.
  • 7 serve with rice.
