- 1 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning
Recipe
- 1 place the salmon in a microwave safe plate.
- 2 mix the olive oil and greek seasoning.
- 3 brush the mixture over the fillets.
- 4 cover tightly.
- 5 microwave 10 minutes @ 50% power.
