Greek Salmon

Total Time: 13 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb salmon fillet (cut in 4 equal parts)
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon all purpose greek seasoning

Recipe

  • 1 place the salmon in a microwave safe plate.
  • 2 mix the olive oil and greek seasoning.
  • 3 brush the mixture over the fillets.
  • 4 cover tightly.
  • 5 microwave 10 minutes @ 50% power.
