Green Beans In Tomato Vinaigrette

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs green beans
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 olive oil in a pan & let heat.
  • 2 put in crushed garlic & anchovy fillets.
  • 3 add green beans & peeled/chopped tomatoes & stir.
  • 4 let simmer for a little bit 5 min then add red wine vinegar and let sit for another 5 minute
  • 5 season with salt and pepper and serve as a side dish or over spinach.
