Green Beans In Tomato Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 1/2 lbs green beans
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 anchovy fillets
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 cup tomato
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
Recipe
- 1 olive oil in a pan & let heat.
- 2 put in crushed garlic & anchovy fillets.
- 3 add green beans & peeled/chopped tomatoes & stir.
- 4 let simmer for a little bit 5 min then add red wine vinegar and let sit for another 5 minute
- 5 season with salt and pepper and serve as a side dish or over spinach.
