Maple Glazed Salmon Fillets

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 24 ounces salmon fillets
  • salt
  • chopped chives

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil. in a small bowl, stir together maple syrup, mustard and garlic powder until well combined.
  • 3 place salmon, skin side down, on lined baking sheet; sprinkle lightly with salt and brush with maple syrup mixture. bake until fish is just cooked through and flakes easily with a fork, about 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 top with chopped chives or green onions.
