Halibut Puttanesca

Ingredients

- 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/4 cup black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup green olives, pitted and coarsely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon anchovy paste or 2 anchovy fillets, mashed
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning, divided
- 6 (5 ounce) halibut fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 heat the broiler.
- 2 rub halibut with oil.
- 3 sprinkle 1 tsp seasoning over the fish.
- 4 in a skillet over high heat, bring remaining ingredients to a boil.
- 5 reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 6 broil 10 minutes of until fish flakes.
- 7 turn once.
- 8 top with sauce.
