Lemon Tilapia

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • garlic powder
  • lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
  • 1/4 cup wine
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 season both sides of fillet with light layer of garlic powder and lemon/pepper seasoning. set aside.
  • 2 put oil in a large skillet and bring up heat to med-low.
  • 3 add garlic clove and allow to simmer, slightly-browned. move oil and garlic around pan for easy coating.
  • 4 place fillets into skillet, adding cooking wine and lemon juice. cover to steam.
  • 5 cook for 7 minute or until fish flakes. do not touch the fillets, do not flip over the fillets.
