Pepper Rubbed Red Snapper

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 4 red snapper fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. dip fillets in butter, then rub with spice mixture.
  • 2 in a large nonstick skillet, cook fillets over med-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
