- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 red snapper fillets
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. dip fillets in butter, then rub with spice mixture.
- 2 in a large nonstick skillet, cook fillets over med-high heat for 2-4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
