Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs halibut fillets
- 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 place halibut in 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
- 2 mix all other ingredients together and spread over halibut.
- 3 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
