Halibut In Tarragon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 lbs halibut fillets
  • 1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 3/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, grated

Recipe

  • 1 place halibut in 8-by-8-inch baking pan.
  • 2 mix all other ingredients together and spread over halibut.
  • 3 bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes or until fish flakes when tested with a fork.
